Dear Ford. Thank you so much for working on my landscaping system today. After I contacted you with my need, Hortus Landscaping came out the next day and did a fantastic job. When we ran into the snag of a horrible tree root system invading my valve box, as far as I could tell you did everything right. First step, see if you could fix the system quickly and simply without removing the valve box. Step two, once you learned that was not possible, spend a couple of hours of hard work digging through the tree roots without damaging anything so you could remove the box. Step three, finally you got to the point where you could fix the irrigation system and from that point on things went quickly. My valve box is now in better shape than it was when I first bought my house. The tree roots caused the work to get hard and messy but there was never a complaint, not one word. And, after you got my landscape system working once again, you spent additional time helping me fix a few other minor problems in other areas. I just wanted to write this to say, thank you for a job well done. It was quality work at a reasonable price, and I will be sure to recommend Hortus Landscaping to everyone I know who is looking for a landscaper. Thank you, Barbara Shock
